As with everything some days are you good days and others you wish that you hadn't gotten out of bed. Playing poker is exactly the same. Knowing when you have had enough for the day, whether it is playing live or the best online poker will be the best thing for you and your bankroll.
You might be asking yourself, "Why should I quit when I am playing the best online poker game?" Essentially, you should stop when you see that you are making silly mistakes, you have played a lot already and there is a risk of you becoming tired, or you may just have other things in your life that you need to do. Many people through the history have lost everything because they have not enforced this simple rule. There are a few tell tale signs that you can watch out for to avoid you tilting.
1. Your aim is breaking even for the day.
2. You are always thinking that your opponents are bluffing.
3. You need to get back into the action as soon as you can.
The best online poker players would all agree that there are some classic signs that you have simply played too much and when you identify one of the following it is again advised to call it a day.
1. You find yourself dozing off at the table.
2. It is difficult to pay attention to your opponents.
3. If you have played for longer than 10 hours (the best online poker advise is that you should play short games and if you do find yourself playing for long periods that they do not exceed 10 hours). |
