I was playing this 9 seat $10 buy in. There was this guy there who was rasing and raising at the table with nothing. He just kept winning almost everytime. He cracked two aces two times and aftr 15 minutes he had pushed out 5 players. Unbelievable! It seemed like his luck was jus totally never ending. There were players who were were calling him with pairs like Ace and Queen and Ace and King and they were losing because ha hit an instant full house. What can you do in these types of situations? |

Don’t fret. All you need to do is wait for a great poker hand and then TRAP him! There is nothing you can do when a player is cracking aces when his hand stinks. You can’t conquer luck, but that’s ok. The thing is when you do get your chips at a good level, you will win that pot the majority of the time. This is what the key is. You need to get your chips together with your best hand and just pray that it works out. Most of the time it will. If you can tell a guy is just on some kind of insane streak, don’t get involved until your hand is awesome or until you see that his game is slowing down a bit. You can also try to be patient and make sure your stack is in good, relating to the blinds. |
