Ok so I got caught up in a poker game. I put myself in a small bankroll at this account on this site which is pretty famous at 40 UKP I think that’s like 60 bucks.
I started to play and I tried to start getting some experience by playing in games with small stakes like “sit and go games”, these are games like 3.60 to 5.50 ukp
I had some ups and downs. I did do a lot of reading and I have seen lot’s of tv clips on poker. My bankroll was going up and down and I had a lot of money finishes and won some. It’s so stupid, I’m like nervous with only a bit of money on the line.
Well. After this I just kept busting out every time. Again and again to players who just won’t be put off the pot and will dump all their chips just to see the river. For example one time the last hand I had a A 10, flopped A 10 9 top two pair, then I raised by a lot only to get called and then raised, then called again. The other dude holding a Q8 hit his straight with this weird fluke J on the river round. Five games today all lost on the river.
It seems like everything is backwards. Like al the rules I’ve studied are just off. Or is it my fault? I am seeing these crazy guys going all in on a hand a hand for one thing and then busting out with nothing. This kind of play leaves 8 players and no player even has 3000 chips. Now the other players will think it’s nothing to call all the way to the river no matter what.
