Buying backgammon equipment

I am looking to buy a backgammon board, dice, cups and checkers. I haven’t bought anything backgammon related before and was wondering if anyone had any advice or could hook me up with some good links for buying backgammon equipment online. Thanks in advance.

Buying your first backgammon board is always exciting, but you have a lot to consider. For starters, you need to consider your price range. There are all different kinds and qualities of backgammon boards, and they can range in price from extremely affordable to incredibly expensive. There are boards made entirely from wood, boards with leather or marble components. There are even boards which you can have customized entirely, from the board to the checkers and dice!

You can find backgammon equipment in any gaming store or on the internet. Personally, I prefer buying equipment from gaming stores where I can see it in person, especially if I am buying an expensive board. However, if you aren’t too picky about your board there are tons of places to find backgammon equipment online.
