| Basic blackjack strategy is basically the understanding of simple blackjack odds, which are your chances of winning based on your cards, the dealers up card and your decision to stay or hit. Basically, if the dealer has a low up card (3, 4, 5, 6) then his odds of busting are high. In this situation you should stay if you have any hand worth 12 or more. If the dealer has a high up card (8, 9, 10, Ace) then he has a good chance of a high hand. In this situation you should hit on anything 16 or under. This is the basic blackjack strategy, hope this helps!! |
