Greetings fellow backgammoners. As a new player, I’m keen on learning as much as I can about the game through reading. Could anybody perhaps recommend a good backgammon magazine (either online or offline) for me to read? Thanks.

Welcome! I read these two publications regularly and feel that they cover all you need to know in the world of backgammon: Flint BackgammoNews (edited by Carol Joy Cole) and Chicago Point Newsletter. Both are monthly print newsletters and pretty informative. For a free online magazine, try Gammon Life.

Another tip would be to read the strategy articles found on popular backgammon sites. These are written by top players who give their unique perspectives on the game. They are available online and usually for free so there is the added advantage of convenience. GL!
