Some players choose not to gamble when playing Backgammon. This can be enjoyable, but it also fun to add a little risk by introducing Backgammon gambling stakes. One way to do this is by telling your opponent or better yet agreeing on a certain amount of money that the winner will receive for winning the game. Also remember Backgammon gambling stakes, do not need to involve money. You could also agree with your opponent for instance, whoever wins three or more games out of five has to clean the other player's car. This can be a fun alternative if gambling for money makes you uncomfortable.
Backgammon gambling stakes can be altered by using the doubling cube. This is good if you are gambling that a normal game is worth an agreed amount of money. One of the players can double on his turn to roll and his opponent wants to, he or she can even choose to redouble again when it is there turn to roll. Backgammon gambling stakes can be used with the doubling cube like this, say you choose to play five games with your opponent. You say each game is worth a point which equals an agreed amount of money. If your opponent decides to double and you agree, the game is worth two points, which is double the money. Also on your turn, you have the right to double again. Then the game is worth four points. It’s a very exciting way to play. |
